Caution

• Do not put empty pan on fire for long time.
• Cooking long hours on strong fire can cause over heat the stoneware. It is recommended to cook in medium or low fire if once the stoneware gets heat.
• During or after cooking, do not touch the stoneware in bare hands. It may be so hot that you can get burnt.
• Dropping the stoneware can cause breakage.

How to use

• Before the first use, it is recommended to boil the stoneware in salt water for sterilization and tempering. After that you can coat with some edible oil on the surface.
• Do not put the high heated stoneware in cold water to prevent breakages.
• It is easily washable when cooled and brushed in plain water.
• As it is natural stone material, there nay be natural scratches or cracks on the surface, however, you can still use without problem.
• When used for long years, the surface can be turned black due to soaked oil in cooking, however, it is another proof of thigh durability.
